We accept real wedddings, styled wedding shoots as well as written submissions and videos.

Include an artist statement (a few sentences about your project).

Allowed sizes for print (flexible rules):
Portrait: 8.5 × 11 in, 300 dpi (2550 × 3300 px)
Landscape: 17 × 11 in, 300 dpi (5100 × 3300 px)

If you are submitting for the blog or social media feature, photos can be previously published on social media, as long as it is fashionable, creative and fits our style. However, unpublished work will be prioritized.

Release day: Approved submissions will be featured on our blog within two weeks of acceptance.

WRITING REQUIREMENTS:

Looking for contributors and creative writers that would like to submit their wedding articles, tips, wedding related personal stories, or interviews with wedding influencers for our blog.
Contributors will receive credit on our blog and all social media channels.
File type: doc or pdf.
Minimum 200 words.
Photos that go with an article preferable be high rez

INTERVIEWS AND ADVERTORIALS:

Please contact us for more information on how to be featured in our magazine for an interview or advertorial layout. Include a link to your website and a brief description of your role in the fashion industry.

RULES:
​
We accept submissions from photographers and their creative teams, artists, musicians, bloggers, writers, filmmakers, and wedding vendors, designers and brands.
​
Submit via email: zolotamagazine@gmil.com using WeTransfer or Dropbox.
By submitting you give permission to Zolota to crop images if required to fit pages and layouts of the magazine and use your work in any of our publications, website, social media, videos, marketing materials or any other forms of Zolota magazine content.
You have to be the copyright holder of the images being submitted, or you have permission from the copyright holder to submit the images. If the model is under 18 you must have permission from their parents. For written submissions you must be a writer of submitted material.
Make sure when you upload the credits that they are correct, that Instagrams are added to all team members. If you need any corrections there will be a $20 fee charged to make them.

We will respond to print and blog submissions within one week and will send a release form to the ones that are accepted.
​
Zolota does not provide complimentary copies of our print-on-demand publication or pay for your shoots. However, we will promote your work on all social media channels.
